Persimmon Knoll

Named after a beautiful old tree on the property, Persimmon Knoll was home for the Byrd family for 30 years.  In 1999, Duncan built a new custom home  for his family there, a dream home that he had planned for 20 years.

The Verderese Home

The Verderese family dreamed of a craftsman style country home.  This gorgeous custom home has it all, a large open kitchen, bedrooms for the growing Verderese family, and a guest suite for the in-laws, beautiful low maintenance landscaping, and more.

Martins Point

This unique home on the Currituck Sound needed some TLC.  Duncan has remodeled all the bathrooms, updated the exterior and landscaping, added on a family room and a beautiful kitchen.  He rebuilt the deck and repaired the roof after a hurricane dropped two huge trees on the house.
